WHAT ABOUT TALA’S ETHICS?

Ethics, Pricing and Charity Work?

Is Tala Ethical?

Yes. Tala is still very new to the ethical clothing market. It initially took the market by storm selling out it’s stocks fast. This rapid growth has possibly meant a reduction in the ethics of it’s production chain as there had been some quality control issues with more than a third (37%) of the ratings for their garments on Trust Pilot, rating ‘poor’ or ‘bad’.

They have, however, worked hard to make things right, and ratings have since improved. In addition, their packaging is fully recyclable/biodegradable, and all of their tags are now plantable (contain seasonal seeds) for you to grow at home!

Is Tala Expensive?

Prices range from £12 for a beanie, to £129 for a long puffer jacket.

Is Tala Involved with Charities?

They have been involved with raising money for the Stephen Lawrence Charitable trust and UK Black Pride.
